In a recent interview, the actor shared an interesting tidbit. He disclosed that during the filming of Guntur Kaaram, he didn't use real beedis or cigarettes. Instead, he was given an Ayurvedic beedi made from clove leaves.

During the interview, Mahesh Babu was questioned about the beedis he used in the movie. The actor made it clear that he doesn't smoke and doesn't support smoking either. He shared that he was given a real beedi initially, but it gave him an instant migraine. So, he discussed it with Trivikram.
They pondered for a while and eventually settled on trying out Ayurvedic beedis. Surprisingly, he instantly fell in love with the beedi that had a refreshing minty taste when he smoked it. The best part was that these beedis were completely tobacco-free.
